WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE?
At the CEVA Logistics Control Tower in Nijmegen, we manage and coordinate global transport flows for internationally operating clients. For the Customer Service Representative, this means that no two days are the same! In this role, you are the first point of contact for the client and you maintain daily contact. You exchange operational information with the client and internal colleagues. Together, you work towards providing the best possible service and create a workplace where every employee feels comfortable and has the opportunity to develop.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be doing the following:
- Receiving and monitoring the handling of inquiries and providing feedback on a daily basis. You also monitor the processing of transport orders. Additionally, you ensure the processing and verification of all associated documents. You are also responsible for:
- Calling off transport if necessary;
- Monitoring the client's KPIs, all inquiries, complaints, client data, and client agreements in the information system;
- Ensuring the creation and organization of client files regarding the agreements made and agreed upon.
WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?
Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of no fewer than four warehouses! There, you will become part of the Customer Service team, consisting of 8-10 colleagues. Together, you ensure that customers are kept informed of the progress of the shipments. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to the Contract Supervisor, and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 18:00.

- At least a completed MBO education, preferably in the field of Transport/Logistics;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial position (preferably in logistics services);
- Knowledge of transport and automated information systems;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

- A gross monthly salary between € 2.768 and € 3.722 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
