Business Development Manager FVL

Are you a natural dealmaker with a passion for logistics and the automotive industry? Do you thrive on winning new customers while building long-term partnerships?

 

As a Business Development Manager for our Finished Vehicle Logistics Benelux you are going to identify, qualify and close new opportunities selling CEVA’s Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects.

 

You will be the key contact for customers and prospects across Benelux. You know how to identify, qualify and close opportunities, turning them into successful collaborations. With a strong focus on the Belgian market, you will build sustainable and profitable revenue streams in the sector of new and used vehicles. You will stay ahead of the changing market dynamics and translate customer needs into tailored CEVA Solutions.


You will work closely with your colleagues in Germany and France from your base in Oosterhout (The Netherlands) or Ghislenghien (Belgium). In addition to visiting your customers in the Benelux, you are also willing to occasionally travel to Germany and France. You will report to the Head of Business Development Benelux & DACH. 

 

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DO?

 

As a Business Development Manager you will:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Finished Vehicle Logistics market;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, and make sure that customer requirements are met and fully converted into solutions;
  • Be responsible for OEMs Finished Vehicle Logistics business development in line with the global, regional and country specific FVL product and Business Development strategies;
  • Accelerate and promote the OEMs/Dealers/Leasing/Rentals/Fleet Management business diversification by reaching the new Cars & Used Cars markets.
  • Close deals that drive growth and profitability;
  • Monitor market trends and translate them into commercial strategies;
  • Collaborate with country/cluster Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA products synergies and upsell.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, preferably in logistics, automotive, or supply chain;
  • A strong network in Benelux region is an advantage;
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, you go after the deal and focus on long-term value;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, French is a plus;
  • Willingness to travel within the (Benelux) region and to (our offices) in Germany and France.
