WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to customers and warehouses to meet given

targets such as cost, delivery date, customer specific requirements, supply chain plan and

other requirements like CO2 emissions.

• Maintaining delivery related required data in systems and communication to key internal

stakeholders proactively.

• Providing service by answering, handling and resolving questions, requests etc. related to

finished goods deliveries.

• Document creation and management (invoices, other relevant documents).
• Checking and approving of freight invoices.
• Taking part to following of the performance of the logistics partners (transport companies,

warehouse operators etc.) to improve the quality of logistics.

• Developing Control tower FG team ways of working, processes and tools together with the

rest of the team with for example regular PDCA process.

• Managing customs related questions and tasks ensuring the customs compliance and other

import/export regulations are met; for example: import/export customs clearance in

cooperation with customs broker; intrastat reporting; RO e-transport obligation.

• Short-term on call duty outside working hours on earlier agreed times.
• Substituting other team members.
• Other tasks determined by the supervisor.
