YOUR ROLE

 

We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator, based from our Jandakot WA site, to provide dedicated support to our key customer in the utility services sector by assisting their staff and customers with the use of their online programs and helping them identify the status of orders placed with CEVA.

 

The Customer Service Administrator ensures smooth communication, accurate order tracking, and timely resolution of queries, contributing to a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

The span of ordinary hours in this role will be Mon-Fri, 8.00am - 4.00pm.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Create reports to identify and highlight issues in Western Power's computer systems
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer queries
  • Investigate system related issues and provide training to Western Power staff to prevent them from reoccurring
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of CEVA and Western Power systems to respond to queries effectively
  • Coordinate urgent material picking and dispatch with Western Power employees
  • Support health, safety, and quality compliance, including audit preparation.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate has solid experience gained in an administrative and/or customer service role in any industry. You will also have:

 

  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities within appropriate timeframes.
  • Sound communication, time management and relationship management skills.

 

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
