YOUR ROLE

 

  • Mon-Fri, 6 am – 2 pm
  • $37.4393 base hourly rate + 14.5% super
  • Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National Enterprise Agreement.

 

As a Storeperson (L4 – Team Leader) at Hazelmere WA, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons supporting a secure, high-compliance customer operation.

 

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone confident working with equipment, systems and general warehousing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Specifically, you will:

 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team.
  • Coach, support and develop team members.
  • Operate reach forklift equipment and perform general warehouse tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, particularly safety and aviation security.
  • Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Maintain service, productivity and quality standards.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day team activities, as well as:

 

  • Current LF forklift licence with reach experience.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work within a secure, regulated environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC Red Card as a condition of employment.

 

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
