The Junior Engineer Intern will support warehouse operations by gaining a deep understanding of the site’s main operational flows and actively contributing to daily performance. The role includes assisting in the planning and coordination of workforce activities to ensure timely execution of warehouse processes and achievement of operational objectives.

The intern will collaborate with the Site Contract Manager to maintain high service levels while ensuring efficiency and profitability across operational flows. They will help identify improvement areas and propose optimization initiatives for processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities include participating in the analysis and monitoring of warehouse KPIs, supporting the development of performance reports for the management team, and promoting continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic and structured logistics environment, supporting both operational excellence and personal professional development.
