CEVA Logistics Limitada invites enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Logistics Operations team as a Logistics Handling Operations Administrator Brazil, also recognized as an Analyst of Operational Excellence Junior. This role is a critical part of our warehouse operations in Jundiaí, where your efforts will directly contribute to optimising operational processes and ensuring the seamless handling of logistics activities.

About the Role

As a Logistics Handling Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the day-to-day operational functions within our warehouse facility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyse, and improve operational efficiency, supporting our continuous improvement initiatives aligned with CEVA’s high standards of service delivery and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfilment to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports that identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process optimisation.
• Support the implementation of operational excellence methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and team leaders to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of operational issues.
• Contribute to the maintenance of compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse activities.
• Engage in continuous learning and development activities to enhance professional skills and operational knowledge.
• Collaborate in special projects that improve operational capabilities, system implementations, or process automation.

• A keen eye for detail with a focus on process optimisation and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and adhere to safety protocols.
