We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team at our Jundiai/SP unit. This role involves a Generalist HR activity, which is fundamental to fostering a productive and positive work environment across all our logistics operations.
In this position, the Human Resources professional will be a key link between employees, management, business partners, and operations. They will contribute to the implementation of HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting best practices in labor relations and administrative processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Partnerships team, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation. Facilitate communication between HR, management, and staff to support workforce engagement and effectively resolve routine employee queries.
Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures, in accordance with company standards and legal regulations. Maintain and update HR databases, assist in payroll administration, and support benefits management to optimize employee satisfaction.
Contribute to the organization of training, performance evaluations, and employee development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of increasing operational efficiency and employee well-being.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in human resources administration or a similar support role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships and interact confidently with diverse teams.
Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office suite, and other related administrative tools.
Good knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the logistics sector.
Ability to work in a team within a dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professional integrity in handling sensitive information.
