We are looking for an exceptional leader to drive the future of our Ground & Rail business across Latin America.

The opportunity

As head of G&R LATAM, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, growth and performance of one of CEVA's key business areas across the region.

Reporting directly to the EVP G&R Global, you will partner with regional and global stakeholders to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, drive operational excellence and develop high-performing teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of G&R in LATAM while contributing to CEVA's ambitious growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the G&R strategy across LATAM
• Drive profitable growth, business development and market expansion
• Lead and develop diverse teams across multiple countries
• Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration
• Partner with regional and global leadership teams to deliver business results
• Champion talent development and succession planning across the organization 

We are looking for:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including significan experience in senior executive leadership roles within logistics, transportation, supply chain.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-country organizations and senior leadership teams.
• Strong commercial and startegic mindset with P&L responsibility
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams 
• Experience leading transformation and changes initiatives 
• Fluent English and Portuguese required; Spanish desirable.
