Join CEVA Logistics Limited as an Operations Leader at our Jundiaí/SP facility. As a vital member of our Logistics Operations division, you will play a key role in leading and optimizing operational activities, directly contributing to the efficiency and success of our Contract Logistics operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily activities, ensuring that all processes related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and goods movement are conducted with quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Your leadership in operations will help maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing activity flows, including receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor fulfillment levels, verify documentation, and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards to create a safe work environment for team members and stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and increase productivity using best practices.
• Lead internal processes to meet delivery deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Utilize management systems and related technologies to track products and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to the warehouse team to support their development and ensure operational excellence.

About You:

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics within a contract logistics environment is essential.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Commitment to adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
