We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Operations Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team at CEVA Logistics in Jundiai. This role is pivotal within our Logistics Operations division, specifically supporting the Contract Logistics sector.

As a Senior Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate warehouse operations while ensuring contract compliance and operational excellence. You will play a key role in the management and optimisation of warehouse activities, foster teamwork, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet productivity and service goals.
• Oversee contract execution to ensure all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
• Implement and monitor operational processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor warehouse supervisors and operators, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment focused on collaboration and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness across all warehouse functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as transportation, customer service, and procurement to align operations with company objectives.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to communicate operational status and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members to maintain high standards of operational knowledge and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics operations management or warehouse supervision, ideally within contract logistics or a similar sector.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese or Spanish language skills would be considered an asset.
• A degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
