CEVA Korea Co., Ltd., a leading company in the logistics sector, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Professional to join our dynamic Talent Management division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our organisation by attracting, engaging, and securing the best talent within the Korean market.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute initiatives that align with CEVA's business goals and values. You will leverage your expertise to enhance CEVA’s employer brand within Korea and help us build a diverse, capable, and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored talent acquisition strategies to meet the specific hiring demands of CEVA Korea Co., Ltd.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Use data-driven approaches and market insights to attract top talent and improve recruitment metrics.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion principles in all recruitment activities, ensuring equal opportunity and fair treatment for all candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and company policies.
  • Enhance candidate experience through efficient communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen CEVA’s reputation as an employer of choice in South Korea.
  • Support the administration and operatoin of payroll, benefits, and HRIS(Success Factors)
  • This role is a one-year fixed term contract.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within logistics or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean labour market, employment laws, and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across different organisational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
