Key Accountabilities
Managed warehouse tasks including receiving, inspecting, shelving materials, collecting spare parts, and packing shipments to consistently meet performance KPIs.
Duties
Health & Safety Compliance
-
- Consistently follow company health, safety, and warehouse standards.
Quality Assurance
-
- Ensure inbound/outbound checks meet quality specifications and site standards.
- Inspect serial and part numbers before affixing induction labels.
- Facilitate quarantine arrangements for units when applicable.
Vehicle Handling
-
- Unload and load vehicle shipments using proper Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Storage & Movement
-
- Move and store products/ Units in designated warehouse areas.
Inbound Processing - Core
-
- Perform deboxing, physical checks, and verify against receiving documents and Plate ID.
- Check physical units and update the HSM form79B.
- Update RSVA for all received units.
- Report discrepancies, incomplete documents, and non-compliance to supervisor.
- Hold non-compliant units as per standard work.
- Correctly placed RSC forms on units to ensure proper documentation and compliance with process.
- Before handing over the unit to operations, validate and acknowledge that the information on the following labels is accurate and complete.
- Check and follow up if there are unit pending to induct.
Outbound shipment, Packing & Labelling – Core

- Follow customer-specific packing instructions.
- Use correct packaging materials (e.g., anti-static bags, foam, cartons).
- Apply standard work procedures for consistency.
- Cross-check Ensure Part Number (P/N) and Serial Number (S/N) must match the Commercial Invoice (CI).
- Inspect each unit for physical damage before packing.
- Ensure units are clean, intact, and compliant with quality standards.
- Apply product labels, compliance labels, and handling labels after packing.
- Ensure labels are legible and placed correctly.
- Update RSVA for all ship out units.
Spare – Back up after Cross training
- Retrieve items based on the Work Order (WO) accurately and in a timely manner to support operation.
- Debox, count, and inspect newly received spare parts.
- Valid Debox, count, and inspect newly received spare parts.
- Execute Putaway to store items in designated locations.
- Carry out Return to Stock for unused or returned items.
Warehouse Maintenance

- Clean and maintain warehouse equipment to required standards.
- Count and update consumable material as per schedule.
Inventory Control - Back up after Cross training

- Back up perform cycle count routines and checking aging units.
Other Duties
-
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Minimum SPM.
- Experience in working in Warehousing Environment will be an advantage.
