Inbound
- Perform routine inspections of containers to ensure they are free from damage, leaks, and light leaks. Use only undamaged pallets for loading and unloading.
- Carry out receiving tasks according to the Receiving Work Instructions. Verify incoming material information as required, ensuring that the label details on received products (SKU, batch number, quantity) match the actual items exactly.
- Report any incoming material abnormalities, damages, or shortages immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor, Transportation Customs, and CS teams. Place affected goods on hold and follow subsequent handling measures.
- Secure stretch wrapping tightly, ensuring the edges of the top-layer boxes on the pallet are fully covered.
- Report receipt of samples/test products to the Supervisor until full handover is completed.
- Accurately and clearly fill out receiving documents. Return any remaining stretch wrap to the Supervisor and log its return.
- Ensure the safety of all received goods until they are fully stored in the warehouse.
Outbound
- Accept shipping tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Team Lead.
- Accurately count goods to be shipped to prevent overages, shortages, or mis-shipments.
- Complete handover with the driver, with both parties signing the DN form. Submit documents to designated personnel according to procedures.
- Ensure the safety of pallets and hydraulic pallet jacks, and maintain orderly stacking of pallets.
- Record picking errors (overages, shortages, mis-picks) made by pickers.
- Control the entry and exit of drivers at the shipping dock.
- Strive for efficiency in shipping, completing tasks in the shortest possible time.
- Ensure the safety of shipped goods until they are fully dispatched, then close the warehouse door.
Picking
- Familiarize yourself with the warehouse layout and product types/models, including their storage locations.
- Prepare necessary picking tools before entering the racking area.
- Pick the correct items in the correct quantity and condition from the designated locations according to the picking list, and place them in the correct staging area for shipment.
- Retrieve goods layer by layer to maintain neat and tidy storage spaces.
- Implement the 5S concept thoroughly: remove trash and place it in bins, and take stretch wrap and cardboard out of picking areas to designated disposal zones.
- Place replenished items together with the original products from the same order.
- Accurately fill out picking lists, leaving a 20 cm gap between pallets in the staging area.

- Participate in inventory counts as required by procedures.
- Understand operational processes:
- Accurately count items and complete inventory documents in a timely manner.
- Adhere to proper operating procedures.
