Putaway

• Familiarize yourself with the warehouse layout and the precise locations of storage positions.
• Monitor the condition and quality of goods.
• Be familiar with the handling procedures for damaged products.
• Be familiar with all safety regulations for pallet storage.
• Inspect forklifts before use, and promptly recharge the forklift and its battery after use.
• After unloading, accurately, promptly, and safely place pallets into the correct storage locations based on the inbound labels.
• Ensure pallets are undamaged and stretch wrapping is properly applied before putaway.
• Handle abnormal and over-height pallets correctly.
• Replenish pallets in the receiving area before the end of the shift to ensure an adequate supply for the next day.

Stock Retrieval / Replenishment

• Retrieve the correct products from system-designated storage locations to the correct areas (e.g., picking locations or staging area).
• During replenishment, move goods with older batch numbers to the front and place newer batch numbers at the back.
• For picking locations, consolidate goods that can be combined onto a single pallet, with older batch numbers on top.
• Remove empty pallets from picking locations and stack them neatly in the pallet area.
• Ensure all goods in the replenishment buffer area are fully transferred into storage locations.

Stock Counting

• May be assigned to participate in inventory counting as required by procedures.

Familiarity with Operational Processes

• Accurately and promptly complete various documentation.
• Adhere to correct operational procedures and report abnormalities promptly.
• Understand and strictly comply with safety regulations for forklift operation.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Maintenance

• Operate safely, reduce speed when turning, and report any hazardous goods on racks to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain forklift equipment in good condition at all times.
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy.

Other

• Perform other tasks to ensure the security of company property.
• Complete other work assigned by company management.
• Comply with other company regulations.
