1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in the daily operational management of the warehouse.
2. Assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel, strictly adhere to SOPs to standardize warehousing and production line operations, and supervise and inspect compliance.
3. Plan and optimize storage locations based on product characteristics and inbound/outbound flow, design storage methods and layouts to maximize space utilization. Regularly review warehouse operations and adjust layouts as needed to optimize capacity and efficiency.
4. Organize regular daily inventory counts according to procedures, submit inventory reports to relevant departments, analyze causes of discrepancies, and develop follow-up corrective action plans.
5. Prepare monthly work plans per departmental requirements. Summarize and analyze previous month's performance, lead and motivate staff to achieve KPIs, and optimize workflows and SOPs.
6. Provide work guidance and multi-skills training to warehouse staff, always prioritize safety, respect life, and ensure zero safety incidents year-round.
7. Familiar with establishing product time standards to evaluate employee efficiency and complete work instructions for various products.
8. Conduct job skills training, safety training, and effective performance evaluation and improvement for employees.
9. Supervise the daily maintenance and safekeeping of production instruments and equipment by staff.
10. Implement 5S management, regularly inspect 5S compliance and potential safety hazards within the warehouse.
11. Execute safety prevention measures, including inspections for fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, and pest control.
12. Maintain effective communication with customs, transportation, and business departments; communicate with customers as necessary, and attend weekly client project meetings.
