YOUR ROLE

The role helps to steer strategic growth of the business through provide high-level guidance & prioritization of strategic projects to work towards the business goals of APAC Ground & Rail Product.

• Accountable to lead in performance metrics settings and implementation of performance tracking for APAC Ground & Rail.
• Accountable to review the requirements in reporting and lead the team in creating a seamless process for management reporting.
• A key actor in strategic regional projects to support and provide guidance in project management.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Lead and manage key data management to improve the visibility and reporting for APAC Ground & Rail
2. Facilitate key strategic regional projects to ensure traction and progression is upkept across all key stakeholders.
3. Work collaboratively with other APAC Regional Ground & Rail functional Heads in strategic projects that data modelling can streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
4. Work collaboratively with APAC Ground & Rail Business Controlling & Business Development to define key metrics that helps to monitor business growth and align with the set business goals.
5. Define and develop with APAC Ground & Rail Business Development on key performance metrics that can improve sales performance through sales analytics.

• Degree in Business

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
