YOUR ROLE

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Responsible for the good running of the warehouse operation picking and packing based on the order sheet by customer
• Perform scanning and putting away goods
• Checking on the quality and quantity items for receiving & releasing of goods
• Liaising with internal customer service team and external service providers / suppliers
• Perform cycle count and stock take
• Perform system transaction (GR / GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
• Handling any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • QHSE Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
  • Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Possess working experience in warehouse environment and knowledge in WMS / SAP system will be an advantage
• Possess Forklift License, Work at Height or other experience in operating MHEs will be an advantage
• Basic PC and WMS knowledge
• Pleasant and friendly disposition with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Physically fit, meticulous and able to multi-task
• 12 hours shift work (8am - 8pm or 8pm to 8am) rotating on weekends and weekdays
