WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the site Quality Management System.
  • Investigate operational incidents, product damage and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), ensuring tracking, documentation and effectiveness verification.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating site readiness and closing out corrective actions.
  • Support operational risk assessments relating to new equipment, process changes and operational activities.
  • Maintain training records, employee inductions and site skills matrices to ensure workforce compliance.
  • Review and maintain work instructions, SOPs and operational procedures to ensure documentation remains current and compliant.
  • Conduct site inspections covering housekeeping, 5S standards, labelling requirements and operational compliance.
  • Maintain supplier quality records, review pest control reports and coordinate corrective actions where required.
  • Conduct scheduled quality and safety inspections aligned to site QHSE requirements.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions to reinforce quality procedures and operational compliance.
  • Assist with quality reporting including analysis of complaints, audit findings and quality performance metrics.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised and confident working in regulated operational environments. You’ll also have:

  • Experience in a quality, compliance or operational support role within logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.
  • Exposure to quality investigations, audits or operational compliance processes.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and documentation control practices.
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or experience in regulated environments.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate quality requirements effectively with operational teams.
  • Confidence delivering toolbox talks, training or process guidance to employees.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device logistics environments will be highly regarded.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
