Pay Rate:  $21.00

Day Shift  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

YOUR ROLE

The Warehouse Administrative directs the daily activities of Warehouse Associates involved in the Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Releasing of products and Inventory control activities. They are always on the grounds to check and evaluate the performance of Associates and ensure that the operations are smooth and meet customers' expectations. They use their ability to assign each Associate to specific tasks based on the specialization for maximum output. In addition, they ensure that the work environment is healthy and conducive for Associates to carry out their duties.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

On-site timely attendance is required.

· Handle routing and documentation for Wholesales orders.

· Responsible for accurately performing warehouse activity as per directed by management with quality and productivity targets.

· Helps warehouse leads with developing, implementing, and supporting policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and practices are followed by the warehouse team.

· Back up all receiving, picking, packing, and releasing activities performed by the warehouse team; trained in every department.

· Forecasts daily/weekly/monthly crewing needs to meet peak business demands and coordinates with lead to staff team accordingly.

· Help to lead transactions in the Warehouse Management system (WMS) to ensure correct inventory management.

· Maintains a working knowledge of all warehouse operations and trains new Associates.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance is a requirement.

· Flexibility to work temporarily, with different shifts or extended hours based on operational needs.

· Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

· Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office tools, and Basic mathematical abilities

· Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.

· Ability to effectively communicate in English

· Minimum of one to two years’ experience in a warehouse or equivalent.

· Ability to work forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment and RF scanners

· Adequate Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system)

· Commitment to excellence and ambitious standards

· Team player, excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

· Must follow all safety requirements

· Ability to perform the physical labor necessary and work in fast paced environment

· Follow all company policies and procedures. Abide by all company safety and Hygiene regulations.

· Contribute ideas on ways to improve or perfect warehouse procedures.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

· Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

 

· High School Diploma or GED (Required)

· Minimum of two - three years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or similar Warehouse worker, Warehouse Associate, or a similar role in the Logistics Department

· Demonstrated experience in planning and directing work taking initiative to drive results

· Specialized training in business, computer applications information systems in logistics or related field preferred

· Workflow planning, leads tasks

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
