Team Lead Operations Receiving BFC

YOUR ROLE
As a Team Lead Logistics Receiving will you play a key role in the success of our operations at the bol. Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk, together with your team.
In this role, you will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically within the Receiving department. Your team consists of 20 operators, around 30 flex workers, and two Team Coordinators who are specialized in the process. You inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals, and you actively contribute to the development of your people.
Naturally, you are closely involved in optimizing the design of your sub-process and improving your team’s performance. As Teamlead Logistics, you report directly to the Operations Manager of the Receiving department. You will work in two shifts: morning and evening.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Managing, coaching, developing and evaluating the employees in your team;
- Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans;
- In cooperation with your colleagues and the Controlroom you make the right decisions for an optimal overall process;
- Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources;
- Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process;
- Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses;
- Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling;
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S).

Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and who already live within commuting distance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

- You will receive a monthly salary between €2.950,- and €3.500,- and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
