YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of this fast‑paced, 24/7 contract logistics environment.you will lead warehouse operations, coordinate teams, ensure health and safety standards are met, and deliver service that exceeds customer expectations. This is a hands‑on leadership role at the heart of a growing and dynamic site.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Overseeing daily warehouse activities, making sure tasks are allocated correctly and completed to a high standard while meeting KPIs. You will lead and coordinate teams of warehouse operatives, ensuring colleagues are trained, motivated, and working safely at all times. Promote a strong health and safety culture, manage attendance and performance, lead shift briefs, and ensure incidents are followed up appropriately. You will communicate effectively across the site, plan and utilise labour efficiently, resolve operational issues, and help drive continuous improvement across efficiency, safety, quality, and environmental impact.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a confident and capable warehouse leader with experience coordinating and leading teams within a logistics or warehousing environment. You will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, KPIs, and performance management, alongside excellent IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems. Be an effective communicator, organised, adaptable, and able to manage workloads in a busy operation. A flexible, hands‑on approach and a genuine desire to develop both yourself and your team are essential.
