Site Manager (w/m/d)

For our new location in Meppen-Versen, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager (m/f/d) who will assume overall strategic and operational responsibility for a large-scale logistics facility and actively shape its sustainable development and performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Overall responsibility for the site, including P&L responsibility
• End-to-end responsibility for all operational processes: inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound
• Management and optimization of KPIs, productivity, and costs, taking efficiency and service quality into account
• Responsibility for risk management and adherence to governance and compliance requirements
• Active stakeholder management with customers and internal functions
• Holistic development of the organization, including corporate culture, talent development, succession planning, and employee retention
• Ensuring successful, cross-functional collaboration
• Leading the start-up phase as well as transformation and change projects

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years (at least 5 years) of leadership experience in a senior position, ideally in contract logistics
• Proven success in performance-driven, dynamic environments (ideally with LEAN experience)
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a high level of operational execution
