Our interview process is designed to ensure a mutual fit, between you, your aspirations, and CEVA. It usually includes three main stages:
- Recruiter Interview: An initial discussion with our Talent Acquisition team to explore your experience, goals, and fit for the position. Depending on the role, you might also complete an assessment or behavioral test.
- Manager Interview: A conversation with your potential manager, who will share insights about the team, responsibilities, and work environment.
- HR Interview: A meeting with an HR Business Partner to discuss onboarding, contract details, and career development opportunities at CEVA Logistics.
