YOUR ROLE

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

·       Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.

·       To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.

·       Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner

·       To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement

·       Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.

·       Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change

·       To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.

·       Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Essential

·       GCE ‘O’ Levels and above or Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience

·       Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience

·       Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

·       Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore

·       Fluent in communication

·       Team Player
