YOUR ROLE
To lead and grow a portfolio of strategic global and regional Power and Industrial accounts. The goal is to drive retention, increase share of wallet and ensure seamless regional coordination. The RKAM is a hands-on role responsible for aligning commercial activities with CEVA’s operational capability, customer expectations, and profitability objectives across the assigned portfolio.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Relationship management: Acts as the primary contact for high value clients ensuring their needs are met and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Growth: Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company's market share within the region.
- Revenue & Profitability: Directly accountable for meeting sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the profitability of assigned accounts. Drive customer retention and pipeline conversion through effective management of tenders, proposals, commercial engagement, and hands-on business development activity
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on performance, innovation, and future project requirements
- Champion continuous improvement in quoting accuracy, pricing systems, customer engagement and service standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business or related.
- 10+ years in Project Logistics or 3 PL including 3-5 years in global/ regional account management
- Experience in Power and Industrial sector
