Sales Development Professional Korea

CEVA Korea Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Professional to join the Business Development and Tender Management division within our Logistics - Project Logistics sector. Located in our Seoul office on Samgae-ro, this role is instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our Business Development EPC Mining Construction Energy Solutions department.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Professional, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to engage new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the strategic sales objectives of CEVA Korea. Your proactive approach will help in identifying and qualifying prospects within the project logistics market, particularly focusing on sectors such as EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), mining, construction, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Develop thorough understanding of CEVA's logistics solutions tailored to project logistics for EPC, mining, construction, and energy industries.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales teams and tender management to support the development and submission of competitive proposals and bids.
  • Engage with customers via various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings to initiate conversations and nurture relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Participate in regional trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote CEVA’s project logistics capabilities and expand market presence.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure alignment of customer requirements and efficient service delivery.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage potential clients effectively and a keen interest in the project logistics sector in Korea. Experience or familiarity with the EPC, mining, construction, or energy industries will be advantageous. You should be self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales development, business development, or related roles preferably within logistics or project-oriented sectors.
  • Good understanding of the Korean logistics market and business culture.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret market data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, diverse team.
